Effective date: 20 October 2026
Listigo is an independent Chrome extension that helps sellers fill supported product catalog fields using reusable templates. This policy describes how information is processed when you use Listigo and its related account and subscription services.
1. Information we process
- Account and authentication: Google sign-in information, which may include your email address, account identifier and authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in.
- Catalog information: product listing details you enter or save in Listigo templates, and form information the extension reads to carry out user-requested autofill. Templates may be stored in your browser's extension storage.
- Usage and subscription records: free autofill usage counts, subscription plan, expiry or entitlement information, and related account status.
- Manual payment requests: the plan selected, amount, customer-provided UPI ID, payment request status, and relevant timestamps. Listigo does not need your UPI PIN or card PIN; do not provide them.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide and save reusable templates, fill supported catalog fields at the user's request, track free usage, review manual payment requests, manage subscriptions, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, and maintain the service.
3. Services and sharing
Listigo uses Google authentication and Google Firebase services (including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to support account and subscription functions. Relevant information is processed by these service providers to operate Listigo. We do not sell user information. We do not use user data for lending or creditworthiness decisions.
4. Meesho website access
When you use Listigo on the Meesho Supplier Panel, the extension accesses supported catalog form fields so it can autofill the information you choose. Listigo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meesho. You should review all filled values before submitting a catalog.
5. Storage and retention
Some template data and settings may remain in your browser's extension storage until you remove them or clear extension data. Account, usage, subscription and payment request records may be retained in Firebase as needed to provide the service, resolve payment or support issues, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.
6. Security
We use Google sign-in and Firebase access controls to restrict access to account and administrative information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never send your UPI PIN, password or one-time verification code to Listigo support.
7. Your choices and requests
You may stop using the extension and remove it from Chrome. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Listigo account information, contact the publisher through the support contact shown on the Listigo Chrome Web Store listing. Removing the extension does not automatically delete server-side subscription or payment records.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Listigo's features or data practices change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
9. Contact
For privacy questions or data requests, use the developer support contact published on the Listigo Chrome Web Store listing.
Important: This policy should be reviewed against the final published extension and updated if its data handling changes.
